First off, I am a 58 year old woman and the only thing this product does for me is I sleep wonderfully! It does nothing else.
it does not get me high I don’t feel high the taste is horrible, but I just cut it in half and swallow it whole normally with water, but the reviews are not lying when they say everybody sleeps well.
